Building a house should be exciting—not just something you have to survive. There are a thousand decisions to make and plenty of opportunities for things to get sideways. Our job is to keep the process moving, keep you involved, and build the house the way we’d want someone to build ours.
We’ve been building homes around Middle Tennessee for a long time. Much of that experience came from years spent building homes with Randy Jones Construction, where the job was done with small crews, long-standing relationships and a pretty simple expectation: do it right.
Myers & Beck carries that same approach forward—hands-on, accountable and involved from start to finish.

There are a lot of moving parts when you build a house. Our job is to keep them moving in the same direction—and keep you involved along the way.
FREE CONSULTATION
Let’s start with a conversation. Tell us what you want to build, what you want to spend, and where you are in the process. No sales pitch. We’ll ask a lot of questions, and together, we’ll figure out the best place to start.
DESIGN & PLANS
Already have plans? Great. Starting with a sketch on a napkin? That’s fine too. We’ll work with you and the architect to get the house you want on paper—and keep an eye on the budget while we’re doing it.
PERMITTING & PRECONSTRUCTION
Before we start digging, there’s plenty to get lined up. Permits, pricing, selections, schedules, subcontractors—we’ll get the pieces in place so we’re ready when construction starts.
CONSTRUCTION
This is what we do. We’ll manage the crews, the schedule and the thousand little things that go into building a house. You’ll know what’s happening, what’s coming next, and when we need something from you.
FINAL WALKTHROUGH & MOVE-IN
We’ll walk the house together, finish the punch list, handle final inspections and make sure everything is where it should be. Then we hand you the keys. That’s a pretty damn good day.

The million dollar question (sometimes literally…sometimes). The lot, size of the house, plans, finishes and a hundred other decisions all affect the number. Tell us what you want to build and what you’re comfortable spending. We’d rather have that conversation on day one than design a house you can’t—or don’t want to—afford.

Building the house itself is only part of the timeline. Design, selections, permitting and site work all happen before or alongside construction. Once we understand your project, we’ll lay out a realistic schedule and keep you updated as we go. After we break ground, we move steadily and deliberately—giving our tradesmen the time and space they need to do the job to our standards.

Absolutely. If you already have an architect or finished plans, bring them with you. If you’re starting from scratch, that’s fine too. We can help you figure out the next step and work with the right people to get the project moving.
