Kitchens have a way of becoming the center of the house whether you planned it that way or not. It’s where you cook, eat, do homework, open the mail, have a drink and somehow end up standing around talking even when there are perfectly good chairs ten feet away. If we’re going to remodel it, let’s make it work for the way you actually live.
There’s a lot going on in a kitchen remodel. Cabinets, countertops, plumbing, electrical, appliances, flooring, tile—and somehow they all need to show up at the right time and play nicely together. That’s our problem to solve, not yours. We’ll keep things moving, keep you involved, and make sure the job gets done the way it should.

We’ve all moved into homes with kitchens designed by someone else. Sure, you make it your own—or at least try to. Life goes on, you live in it, but occasionally you think, “It sure would be nice to have…” Well, let’s talk about it. What works? What do you hate? Let’s finally make it yours.

LET’S TALK
First, let’s talk. Show us the kitchen. What do you love? What drives you nuts? What have you been dreaming about for the last five years? And yes, what do you want to spend? Let’s get all of it on the table and figure out where we’re going.
PLAN & SELECT
Now we make some decisions. Cabinets, counters, appliances, floors, tile, lighting—and probably a dozen things you haven’t thought about yet. That’s okay. We have. Let’s get as much figured out as possible before somebody shows up with a sledgehammer.
DEMO
Okay, now somebody gets a sledgehammer…maybe, we’ll let you have a turn, too! We’ll protect the rest of your house, tear out what’s going away and find out what’s been hiding behind those walls for the last 30 years. Hopefully nothing. If there is, we’ll figure it out together.
BUILD IT BACK
This is when it starts getting good. Walls close up. Cabinets go in. Counters show up. Tile starts changing the room. We’ll keep all the trades moving in the right order and give them the time they need to do their jobs right.
FINAL WALKTHROUGH
We’ll walk through everything together, deal with the little stuff, make sure it all works and clean up after ourselves. Then we’ll get the hell out of your kitchen so you can finally use it.

The million dollar question (sometimes literally…sometimes). The lot, size of the house, plans, finishes and a hundred other decisions all affect the number. Tell us what you want to build and what you’re comfortable spending. We’d rather have that conversation on day one than design a house you can’t—or don’t want to—afford.

Building the house itself is only part of the timeline. Design, selections, permitting and site work all happen before or alongside construction. Once we understand your project, we’ll lay out a realistic schedule and keep you updated as we go. After we break ground, we move steadily and deliberately—giving our tradesmen the time and space they need to do the job to our standards.

Absolutely. If you already have an architect or finished plans, bring them with you. If you’re starting from scratch, that’s fine too. We can help you figure out the next step and work with the right people to get the project moving.
